RAINBOW ACAI BOWL

Ingredients

  • 75 g Acai Yogurt
  • 10 g Blueberries
  • 25 g Bananas
  • 40 g Strawberries
  • 50 g Seasonal Fruit
  • 25 g Sliced Kiwi
  • 1 tsp Local Honey
  • 10 g Granola

Directions

Plate Per picture. Use seasonal fruit and garnishing as appropriate.

FROMAGE DIPPER

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Tomato Soup
  • 2 pieces of White Bread
  • 2 pieces of American Cheese
  • .5 oz. Melted Butter
  • 2 slices of Bacon
  • 1 oz. BBQ Sauce
  • 1 oz. Avocado Ranch
  • 1 oz. Local Jam

Directions

Plate Per picture. Garnish with bacon on the side or in the sandwich.

JENGA FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Texas toast or thick cut brioche
  • Egg mixture
  • .25 oz. Powdered sugar
  • 1 oz. Maple Syrup
  • 1 Whole strawberry
  • 1 oz. Strawberry jam
  • 1 oz. Chocolate sauce

Directions

Slice each piece of bread into 5 pieces finger sized, dip in egg mix and soak bread briefly. Deep fry slices at 350 degrees F. Arrange on plate like a Jenga structure. Serve all the sauces and accompaniments on the side per picture. Dust with powdered sugar serve immediately.

BANANA SKEWERS

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas cut in half
  • 2 oz. Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 2 oz. Honey yogurt
  • 2 oz. Nutella or chocolate sauce
  • 1 oz. Caramel sauce
  • 2 Bamboo skewers (6 in.)

Directions

Run bamboo skewers through center of banana. Brush each skewered banana with a little of the yogurt. Roll in fruity pebbles. Plate with garnishing sauces and extra fruity pebbles. Serve.
